Turn a branching question into a short guided flow.
A Decision Guide asks one question at a time. Each answer either opens the next question or tells the team what to do. The final instruction can include headings, lists, and screenshots, the same way a procedure can.
Readers can go back or start over. You do not draw a diagram or edit a file — you add questions and answers in Desk.
