Your permanent Desk address
Every help center keeps a Desk URL even after you connect your own domain.
The Desk address is desk.orstrax.io plus your slug, for example desk.orstrax.io/northwind. It is created with the help center and is not recycled.
If you connect a custom domain and make it the public address, people who still open the Desk URL are sent to your domain. Bookmarks to the Desk URL keep working.
Orstrax Desk’s own help center lives at desk.orstrax.io/help on the product domain. There is no nested help.desk.orstrax.io address.
