Making your help center private
Require a shared password before anyone can read your public help site.
By default your help center is public: anyone with the link can read published articles. To limit it, open Settings → Help center, find Help center access, and choose Private (shared password).
- Set a password and select Save support experience. Visitors are asked for it before they can read anything.
- Share the password only with the people who should see your Help.
- Changing the password signs everyone out, so they need the new one to get back in.
