Switching between products with Working in
Change which help center you are editing without mixing data.
The Working in menu is always in the Desk header. Choose a product to load that help center’s tickets, articles, branding, and team.
The public help center for the selected product is one click away in the sidebar. Opening it does not change which product you are working in.
If a page still looks like another product after switching, refresh once. Desk does not keep the previous product’s tickets or drafts on screen.
