Adding your logo and favicon
Upload images. You never type a file path.
On Branding, upload a logo and a favicon. You can replace or remove either one.
The favicon is what appears on the browser tab when someone visits your help center. Desk chooses it from this help center’s branding, not a global icon.
Use a square PNG or ICO for the favicon, and a PNG or SVG-friendly PNG for the logo. Keep logos simple so they stay readable at small sizes.
