Automate articles with Integrations credentials when your plan includes API access.
Desk can expose a help-center API so coding agents, CI, and internal tools search, create, update, publish, and archive articles for this product only.
Credentials are created under Settings → Integrations, then Manage integrations. Each credential starts with odsk_live_, is shown once, and only has the permissions you grant.
API credentials are a Pro capability. Free is not intended to include them — check Pricing for current plan details. See Creating API credentials and Using the Desk API, or the Developers page for examples.
