API access
What programmatic access exists today, and what is not generally available yet.
Desk is designed so product teams and development agents can create, update, and publish articles and categories with credentials that stay inside one help center.
That tenant-scoped API is not generally available yet. There are no customer API keys to copy from Desk today.
Orstrax operators can use a private control-plane API for operational summaries. It does not expose ticket conversation bodies.
When tenant API keys ship, each key will have explicit permissions. Secrets stay on the server; they are never placed in public help-center pages.
