Organizing articles into categories
Categories are the topics customers browse on your help center.
Create categories from Knowledge base. Each article belongs to one category. Reorder categories to change the sidebar and home page.
You can rename a category or change its description at any time. Desk will not delete a category that still has articles — move or archive those articles first.
