Bringing in your existing orders
First-time setup imports about 60 days of Shopify orders so you can start working without pulling years of history.
When you first get started, Orderflow imports Shopify orders created in the last 60 days. That’s enough to start working without waiting on a full-history pull.

What comes in
Orderflow copies matching Shopify orders into your workspace, including customer, line items, and notes that Shopify provides. Later syncs keep those orders updated and add new ones.
What counts toward your plan
Imported history stays in Orderflow. Only Shopify orders created in the current billing period count toward the monthly order allowance in Settings → Billing.
Need orders from more than 60 days ago?
Orderflow does not pull older history automatically. You’ll still get the recent orders it can import, and new Shopify orders from here.
After the first import
Use Sync Orders on the dashboard when you want newer and updated Shopify orders. If the first sync looks slow, product photos for line items are often loading for the first time. Later syncs are usually faster.
