Reviewing order activity
See what changed on an order, including status, proofs, and messages.
Activity is the history of work in Orderflow.
On the order
Open an order and read Activity for that order number. Status changes, proofs, and messages stay with that order so you aren’t scanning unrelated history.
Store-wide Activity
The Activity page in the sidebar lists recent changes across the store. Use it when you need to see who moved work, not when you’re working a single job.
Note: Activity records what Orderflow stored. It is not a replacement for Shopify’s own order timeline.
