Getting started with Orstrax Orderflow
Install the Shopify app, walk through first-time setup, and open your Orders queue.
Install Orstrax Orderflow from Shopify and you’ll land in a short setup for that store. Skip anything optional and come back to it later.

Install Orderflow
Install the app from the Shopify App Store on the store you want to manage. Shopify will ask you to approve the permissions Orderflow needs: reading and updating orders, showing customer names and emails on those orders, reading products for line-item photos, and (if you add lookup) creating or updating a Shopify page.
Don’t start a brand-new install by typing your .myshopify.com address on orderflow.orstrax.io. That reconnect form is for stores that already have the app.
First-time setup
Setup walks you through:
- confirming the Shopify connection
- importing recent orders
- choosing starter statuses
- setting the From name and reply-to address for customer email
- optionally turning on proof review
- adding customer order lookup on a dedicated Shopify page (not your homepage)
You can skip optional steps and finish them later from the dashboard.
After setup
Open Orders and start the queue. Website Lookup Form, Status Actions, Message Templates, and Settings stay in the sidebar.
Note: The Shopify owner can start right away. Invite teammates later from Settings → Team.
