Searching and filtering orders
Search the queue, filter by fulfillment and status, and sort by Ship by or order number.
Use search and Filter orders when the default list is too wide.
Today, Week, and Later
The counts next to Orders — Today, Week, and Later — are clickable. Click one to show only those Ship by dates. Click it again to show the full list.
- Today — overdue or due today
- Week — the next five days
- Later — six or more days out
Search
Type in the Orders search box to match order names, customers, and other visible order fields. Combine search with filters when you’re hunting one job in a busy queue. Use the X in the search box, or Clear, to remove the search.
On a phone, search sits on its own row so it is easier to tap. The barcode icon opens a live camera scanner for a packing-slip barcode or a shipping-label tracking barcode. A match shows up in the list the same way typing the number does. Shopify packing slips do not include an order barcode unless you add one.
Filter orders
Open Filter orders. You can limit the list by:
- Fulfillment — unfulfilled, partially fulfilled, or fulfilled
- Orstrax status — any status, or one of the statuses you created
- Sort — newest order, oldest order, Ship by soonest, Ship by latest, order number, or total
The view chips on Orders — Active Orders, All Orders, Fulfilled, Overdue, and any views you saved — work the same way as Today, Week, and Later. Click one to apply it. Click the selected chip again to clear it and return to All Orders.
Choose Apply filters to refresh the list. Clear filters removes fulfillment, status, and date limits. On the Orders page, Clear or Clear all also removes search and the Today / Week / Later chips.
Date range
A separate date-range control can limit orders by date. Apply Filter uses that range; Clear Filter removes it.
