Email branding and test emails
Set From name, reply-to, logo, accent color, and send a test before customers see a template.
Settings → Email controls how mail looks and how it is sent.
Delivery
Choose Orstrax built-in (hello@orstrax.io), your Resend API key, or custom SMTP. Built-in sending is the default.
Orstrax built-in mail already shows delivery status on Activity. If you use your Resend API key and want the same sent / delivered / opened status, copy the webhook URL from this page, add it in Resend, turn on sent, delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, and complained, then paste the signing secret here and save. After that, new emails update as Resend reports them. Opening an order’s Activity also fills in delivered or bounced for older sends Orderflow can still match in Resend. Rows it cannot match stay Sent.
From name and reply-to
With Orstrax built-in sending, customers see your From name and hello@orstrax.io. Replies go to the Reply-To address you set.
With your Resend API key or custom SMTP, customers see your From name and From email. That From address has to be allowed by Resend or your SMTP server.
Logo and color
Upload an email logo and pick an accent from the available color schemes. Message Templates preview uses the same branding.
Send a test email
- Open Settings → Email.
- Enter the address that should receive the test.
- Choose Send test email.
The test uses sample order values, including a sample Customer Message, so you can see layout before a real customer message goes out.
