Viewing your plan, usage, and billing

See the current Shopify plan, new-order usage this billing period, storage, and extra team seats.

Open Settings → Billing to see how this store is billed in Shopify and how much of the current billing period you have used.

Current plan

The page shows the Shopify billing plan and the Orderflow plan applied to the store. New shops get a 14-day free trial. If a trial is running, it shows when the trial ends. Orderflow works as usual during the trial. Shopify starts the paid billing period when the trial ends, and additional-order charges apply on that period.

The next billing date comes from Shopify’s billing period for this app, not from the calendar month.

Change plan in Shopify opens Shopify’s hosted pricing page when App Pricing is connected for the store.

Plans

  • Starter — $9.99/month. 250 new orders included per billing period. Additional orders $0.15 each. 500 MB storage. Shopify owner only.
  • Growth — $19.99/month. 1,500 new orders included per billing period. Additional orders $0.08 each. 2 GB storage. Up to 3 team seats.
  • Pro — $39.99/month. 5,000 new orders included per billing period. Additional orders $0.04 each. 10 GB storage. Up to 10 team seats.

Have a busy month? Orderflow keeps running. Additional new orders are billed at the per-order rate for your plan.

What counts as an order

An order for billing is a new order that first enters Orderflow during the current Shopify billing period, while the store has an active paid billing period. It counts once.

These do not count again, or at all:

  • Orders already in Orderflow from an earlier period
  • Historical orders brought in during the first import or after a later reinstall
  • Opening, editing, or moving an order through statuses
  • Proofs, customer messages, fulfillment updates, or automations
  • Manual re-sync or webhook retries of an order that already entered
  • Orders that arrived in Shopify while Orderflow was uninstalled

If a busy period brings in more new orders than the plan includes, Orderflow keeps working. The extra qualifying orders become usage on that same billing period.

Cancellations and refunds

If a customer later cancels or refunds an order, that order has already entered Orderflow, so it still counts as the one-time new-order usage. Orderflow does not add a credit for the cancellation.

Usage this period

You will see something like:

  • 184 / 250 included, with how many included orders remain, and the additional-order rate
  • or, after the allowance, 287 total, 250 included, 37 additional, and the additional usage amount

Storage and extra team seats stay limited by plan. They are not billed as extra orders.

Note: Plan changes and charges happen in Shopify, not on a separate Orderflow checkout page.
