Finding your way around Orderflow
Find Orders, Statuses, Status Actions, lookup, templates, and Settings in the dashboard.
The sidebar is the map of Orstrax Orderflow. On a phone, the same destinations sit in the bottom bar and the menu.
Working the queue
- Orders — the list you work each day. On a phone, the barcode icon on search opens a live camera and finds the matching packing-slip order in the list.
- Statuses — names, colors, order, and customer email for each step
- Status Actions — Proof Review or Form attached to a status
Customer-facing setup
- Customer Lookup — the storefront page customers use to find an order and review a proof, including the wording they see
- Message Templates — the email subject and body for status, proof, and information-request mail
Store operations
- Automations — built-in Shopify rules and custom if/then rules that set a status from order text or time in a status
- Activity — a store-wide history of what changed
- Analytics — orders managed, proofs, automations, marketing opt-ins, and estimated time saved
- Files — photos and other files stored with your orders
- Settings — General, Customer Experience, Email, Team, and Billing
