Finding your way around Orderflow
Find Orders, Statuses, Status Actions, lookup, templates, and Settings in the dashboard.
The sidebar is the map of Orstrax Orderflow. On a phone, the same destinations sit in the bottom bar and the menu.
Working the queue
- Orders — the list you work each day
- Statuses — names, colors, order, and customer email for each step
- Status Actions — Proof Review, Request Information, or Collect Info attached to a status
Customer-facing setup
- Website Lookup Form — the storefront page customers use to find an order and review a proof
- Message Templates — the email subject and body for status, proof, and information-request mail
Store operations
- Automations — built-in Shopify rules, plus custom if/then rules that set a status when an order matches
- Activity — a store-wide history of what changed
- Files — photos and other files stored with your orders
- Settings — General, Email, Team, and Billing
