Shopify connection, sync, and older orders

How Orderflow stays connected, what sync does, and why older orders may not appear.

Orderflow uses the store’s Shopify access token. If permissions change, use Update Shopify permissions / reconnect from the app so missing scopes (for example creating a lookup page) can be granted.

Sync

Dashboard Sync Orders pulls new and updated Shopify orders. Webhooks also keep Orderflow current when Shopify sends order events.

Need orders from more than 60 days ago?

The first import covers about 60 days. Orderflow does not pull older history automatically. You’ll still get recent orders and new ones from here.

Email delivery

Customer mail uses Orstrax built-in sending (hello@orstrax.io) or your SMTP/Resend settings. Replies go to your reply-to address, not to Orstrax support.

If a proof link opens the wrong page, set the published lookup URL in Website Lookup Form. The lookup form on that page handles ?proof=.
