Collecting photos from order lookup

Missing a photo with the order? Add a Form with a photo upload field and leave the customer email off. They add the file from order lookup. Typical use is an early status.

Existing Collect Info actions are forms now. The optional photo field is still there.

How it differs from an emailed form

• Turn Email the customer on when they should get a link.
• Leave it off when they should only see the form on order lookup.

Configure

1. Add a Form from Status Actions, or open an existing one.
2. Add a photo or file upload field — and any other fields you want.
3. Leave Email the customer off for lookup-only.
4. Save, then assign that action to a status from Statuses. You can use the same action on more than one status.

Customer experience

They look up the order, choose Add photos, upload one or more files, and can crop each photo before it is saved. PDFs skip the cropper.

In Orderflow

Submitted files show on the order as a thumbnail and filename. Click a file to download it.
