Collecting photos from order lookup

Missing a photo with the order? Collect Info gives your customer a simple way to add it from order lookup. Typical use is an early status. No customer email is sent.

How it differs from Request Information

• Request Information emails the customer a link and can require a written response or files.
• Collect Info does not send email. Uploads are optional unless you turn on a requirement. Customers use the Add photos button on order lookup.

Configure

1. Assign Collect Info to a status from Statuses.
2. Open Status Actions and choose Configure.
3. Set the heading, message, whether text and uploads are allowed or required, and which status to apply after they submit.
4. Save.

Customer experience

They look up the order, choose Add photos, upload one or more files, and can crop each photo before it is saved. PDFs skip the cropper.

In Orderflow

Submitted files show on the order as a thumbnail and filename. Click a file to download it.
