Keep Print Manager running from the menu bar drop even when the window is closed.

Print Manager lives in the menu bar at the top of your Mac screen (look for the ink drop).

  • Click the drop for quick links: open Dashboard, Logs, log a refill, open Settings, or quit.
  • Closing the main window does not quit the app — the Dock icon hides again and it stays in the menu bar so it can keep watching for prints.
  • About Print Manager notes that this is a Universal build (Apple silicon + Intel).
  • Quit Print Manager from the menu bar menu when you want it fully stopped.
  • Open Help anytime from Help → Print Manager Help (⌘?) while a window is open — or use this Help Center.
