Logs
Browse recent print jobs from all of your printers in one table.
Logs is a simple list of recent print jobs from all of your printers.
Columns
Each row starts with Date (date and time — 24-hour by default, or 12-hour if you choose that in Settings). Recent jobs from the last hour also show how many minutes or seconds ago. Then Pages, Paper, Printer, and Status — or whatever order you set.
- Pages means how many sheets that job used.
- Paper shows the size when your Mac reports it (Letter, Tabloid / 11×17, custom sizes, and so on). If size wasn’t reported, Paper shows a dash — each sheet still counts as one page either way.
- Status is Printed for finished jobs.
Customizing the table
Print jobs appear in a table with alternating row shading. Drag column headers to rearrange them, or drag the edges between headers to resize. Your column order and sizes stay when you leave Logs and come back. Use the filter icon next to the circular Refresh arrow to show or hide columns.
A manual printer’s own Print Log adds an Ink (mL) column for the ink you entered on each print. That column doesn’t appear on this all-printers list.
Refresh
Use the circular Refresh arrow if you just printed and don’t see it yet — Print Manager usually catches jobs on its own, but Refresh is a quick nudge.
