See totals, activity, and recent prints across every printer you’ve added.
Dashboard is your big-picture view across every printer you’ve added. The line under the title summarizes pages tracked, printers, this week’s average, and your latest print.
What you’ll see
- Total Pages — totals and Avg. Pages / Day with a compact 30-day activity chart, a By paper size pie (hover a slice for name, count, and %), and Most Used printers on the right (tap a printer to open it). When Print Manager knows paper sizes, you may also see a fun fact. Use the Total Pages down arrow to choose which printers are included; new printers are included automatically.
- Avg. Pages / Refill and Cost / Page — stacked next to Recent Activity. Thermal and manual printers aren’t listed, since they don’t count pages the same way. Each section has its own down arrow to choose printers.
- Recent Activity — your newest prints across printers. The main line is paper size when known (otherwise “Print job”), with printer and time underneath, and page count on the right.
- Refresh — the circular arrow at the top right nudges Print Manager to look for new prints. Dashboard also quietly refreshes about every 30 seconds while you’re looking at it.
