Send an invite with a role. Pending invites can be resent or cancelled.
Open Team and invite someone with their work email and a role. They receive an email to join this help center.
Pending invites can be resent or revoked. Removing a member takes away access to this help center only.
Platform operators are not listed as team members unless you explicitly add them to this help center.
