Something is not working
Refresh, sign in again, and tell support what you were doing if it is still stuck.
Try this first
- Refresh the page.
- Sign out and sign back in at account.sundaymaker.com.
- In Shopify, reopen Sunday Maker from Apps in the admin.
A recipe, material, or list looks empty
Confirm you are signed into the Sunday Maker account that owns that work. Maker and Fragrance are separate tools on the same account. A formula will not appear in Maker recipes, and a Maker recipe will not appear in Fragrance.

Contact support and include what you were trying to do, the page you were on, and whether you were on the website, in Fragrance, or in Shopify.
